what to expect
You might be wondering what to expect when you visit. We're a family of believers who love Jesus and want to share His love with our community. When you come, you'll find a church seeking to glorify God in all they do and welcoming anyone to hear!
MISSION AND STRATEGY
Mission: We exist to reintroduce vibrant, selfless Christianity to the greater Holbrook area.

Strategy:
GO Missionally,
GROW Intentionally,
GATHER Consistently
PREACHING
Our preaching seeks to make God the focal point of every sermon. We go verse by verse through books of the Bible with some topical series anchored in Scripture sprinkled throughout the year.
WHAT TO WEAR
We are very relaxed. Our church wears a wide range from t-shirts to button ups and dresses to jeans. Come as you are!
WHAT WE BELIEVE
We hold fast to the Gospel that all men are dead in their sin and need a Savior. We believe that God sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to take upon the sins of His children, bear the wrath of God, die, and then rise from the dead three days later. All who are called by God repent of their sin and place their trust in His life, death, and resurrection. We as the church seek to build His Kingdom knowing that He is coming back. You can find more of what we believe in the "About Us" tab under "What We Believe."
SUNDAY MORNING
We gather at 10am every Sunday for about an hour. We use this time to as believers to corporately worship our God through preaching, communion, singing, fellowship, and prayer. If you want to see what it is like, click the "Watch Sermons" tab above to get a visual picture.
SINGING
Brookville desires that God would be exalted in every song we sing and with every heart that sings. Our music team involves different instruments. You will hear a mix of contemporary Christian songs and hymns. We do not look at this time as a performance, but a time of reverent praise to our God!
KIDS ON SUNDAY
At Brookville, family discipleship is very important. We are passionate about seeing the whole family worship together, and we love having kids in our gathering. While kids are always welcome to stay upstairs for the sermon, parents can send their children to kid's ministry right before the sermon, after our time of singing. There they will also learn directly from the Bible in a clean, safe environment. Check-in can be done before the gathering and children can be picked up after.

The last Sunday of the month there is no kid's ministry. It is an intentional time for all the families to be together the whole time.
