This group is for everyone with HURTS, HABITS, and HANG-UPS.
HURTS
Have you been hurt by someone you trusted? Have you hurt someone and don't know how to reconcile?
HABITS
Are you feeling hopeless and helpless? Do you feel that you cannot break out of a cycle? Does addiction run in your family?
HANG-UPS
Is there something you are finding that is hard to get past in life? Maybe it might be trauma, a specific memory, or a feeling?
